If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase you made from MovingBoxes, you may return the purchased items within 7 days from the arrival date.
Please note you are required to return all items as they were, meaning you are not allowed to return used items. We won’t accept partial returns, meaning you are returning items that you did not use.

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders.
Once a return has been authorised and the items received by us, you can expect to receive your refund within 30 days.
